I don’t have a set routine that I do everyday. I like to mix things up and keep it interesting! Everyday I try to do at LEAST 30 minutes of cardio. Whether that’s running, elliptical, jump roping, etc. Then, I usually do some resistance training. I alternate days with arms and legs but, I usually do abs everyday.
