This vegetable deserves its own post. It is absolutely incredible. If you love spaghetti… like me, then you will absolutely adore this squash. You cut it open, bake it, run a fork along it to make spaghetti-like strands, and then put some marinara sauce on it (optional). And the best part?!?! It’s 40 calories a cup!!!!!
