SPAGHETTI SQUASH
This vegetable deserves its own post. It is absolutely incredible. If you love spaghetti… like me, then you will absolutely adore this squash. You cut it open, bake it, run a fork along it to make spaghetti-like strands, and then put some marinara sauce on it (optional). And the best part?!?! It’s 40 calories a cup!!!!! It. Is. So. Good.

Green and Guiltless!
in-shape: undressedskeleton: Instead of using chips and crackers for all the dips I made, I sprayed a couple green peppers with pam and sprinkled a Tsp of Garlic Powder on top. I baked them in the oven for 10 minutes on 400!  Awesome idea!
